Orinthia Design
We design garments that reflect your higher self.
Policies & Procedures
At Orinthia Design, every experience is approached with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before booking or beginning services with us.
Consultations & Booking
All custom services begin with a consultation. Consultation fees reserve dedicated time to discuss your vision, needs, timeline, and overall direction of your garment or service.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Booking a consultation does not automatically reserve a production date unless otherwise confirmed.
Custom Garments
Every Orinthia Design garment is created specifically for the individual client. Designs may be inspired by a reference, but garments are not exact reproductions.
Final pricing is based on the design, construction, labor, fabric, embellishments, specialty materials, and overall complexity of the garment. Pricing cannot always be finalized until the necessary materials have been sourced.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required before production begins.
Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required to begin a custom project. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the garment is released, shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Materials and production will not begin until the required payment has been received.
Fittings
MOST garments may require multiple fittings to achieve the proper fit and finish.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings and arriving on time. Significant changes in measurements, missed fittings, or requested alterations after construction has begun may result in additional fees or affect the completion timeline.
Design Changes
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, major changes may require additional labor, materials, and time.
Any requested changes outside of the original approved or blue print design may result in additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because custom garments are made specifically for each client, deposits, purchased materials, completed labor, and custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Custom garments are considered final sale.
Rush Orders
Rush services may be available depending on the current production schedule.
Rush orders may require an additional fee based on the amount of time available, complexity of the garment, and materials required.
Alterations
Alterations are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing is determined after the garment has been evaluated and depends on the construction, fabric, amount of work required, and desired finish.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
All outstanding balances must be paid before a garment leaves Orinthia Design.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Shipping and delivery fees may be charged separately when applicable.
Missed or Late Appointments
Please provide advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Late arrivals may shorten the appointment time, and appointments may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining to properly complete the service.
Private Classes & Mentoring
Private classes and mentoring begin with an individual consultation to discuss your experience, goals, areas of interest, and desired growth.
Following the consultation, a customized learning plan may be recommended. Additional classes, mentoring sessions, materials, and supplies are booked and priced separately.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all design details, measurements, timelines, invoices, and agreements before approving a project.
Communication throughout the process is important to ensure that expectations remain clear from consultation through completion.
Final Approval
Clients are encouraged to carefully review their garment during the final fitting or pickup.
Once a garment has been approved and released to the client, additional changes or alterations may require a separate service fee.
